What if I need to modify my order?

To modify your order, simply cancel the first order and redo it. If you’ll like to add a new order to the previous, head on to our shop page or contact our support team here.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can add at least two shipping addresses to your order. This is done on the checkout page. 
However, if your submitted a wrong shipping address, please contact our support team Here and submit the right address.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes you can. Delivery of our products take 24-72 hours depending on the client’s location/billing address. 
Also, you can contact our support team to request for an instant and private delivery. You will be charged.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes we do. Delivery to Australia, UK, and all other countries out of the USA take 3-4 business days to be completed. 

What payment methods do you accept?

*Mobile payments such as PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo are accepted.
*We accept Direct Cash Transfers via Money Gram, and Western Union. This can be done online with Debit/Visa/Master Cards OR at any of these stores nearby.
*Digital payments which include Bitcoins are also accepted.
*For clients without Cards (those who find difficulties to pay online), payments can be done with the purchase of Gift Cards.

How do i send BITCOIN?

Is Bitcoin your preferable method of payment? If yes, you’ll be required to set up an account with a Bitcoin address. Please refer to the page below to proceed.

Who do i contact if i have problems with payments?

Our support team is always available to respond to your queries throughout the process of placing your order till you receive it. In case of any problems, please contact us here.

Do you do refunds?

Yes you can get back a refund. This however depends on the condition of your order.

*If you submitted a wrong shipping address in the process of your order, sorry you will NOT get a refund. Please make sure you take your time in submitting your shipping address.

*For payments, you can get a payment refund if you do not have same problem as mentioned above.

**This option is ONLY for marijuana patients who have problems with taste, anxiety, etc.
If you find the strain/product you order not fit for you, you can request a refund. To do this, you’ll be required to send a proof of your health condition.

Can I return a package and get my refund?

No you can’t. Once you have received a packagge, it obvious you will open it to know the contents.
